Tumbus has a stelae of Tutmosis 1st , Amenophis 1st , and Setau Viceroy of Kush under Rameses II, and a quarry with an unfinished king’s statue. Sabu has rock inscriptions of animals and ships.These two villages should be protected by cultural recognition of their value. Any works should be minimal.
